Financial Accountability

FCAN has a high standard of financial accountability.  Our tax returns are on the web for everyone to see. Our annual financial statements are below and you may read them for yourself.  In general,  over 80% of your contribution is used for program work, meaning lobbying, organizing, and public education.  We use about 15% for fundraising expenses, and the last 5% goes for administration.

The State of Florida Guide to Giving maintains a searchable database on Florida non-profits.  Verify FCAN's financial data and state registration.  FCAN can also be found on Guidestar, which includes links to our 990 tax returns.
