Then you should join FCAN.  Members are the backbone of Florida Consumer Action Network. Now Florida's largest consumer group, FCAN reaches 30,000 members and is growing. FCAN depends on citizen members for support.

FCAN is Florida's largest independent citizen group. Most organizations are actually chapters of national groups, but FCAN is completely independent and Florida only.  Our board members and staff are all Florida residents.  We understand and fight for Floridians. We often take part in national campaigns, but we do so as Floridians.

Join Florida Consumer Action and be part of a winning progressive movementin Tallahassee and Washington, DC. FCAN is affiliated with USAction and Consumer Federation of America, so your membership in FCAN means you are part of these great national citizen organizations too.

Member benefits

FCAN members are part of the national progressive movement and participate in campaigns for health care, insurance reform, environmental protection, and utility reform.  FCAN will keep you updated on consumer issues and give you a voice in FCAN and on the issues. Members can attend annual membership meetings with the Board of Directors. Members can add their input to issue discussions at any time.

Most importantly, we involve members in our issue campaigns. Volunteer at the office, work in your own community, write letters,  make phone calls or just plain be a major donor Be part of making America and Florida a better place!

Contributions to FCAN support our grassroots lobbying efforts and are not
